1.Introduction
As well as running the restaurant, the owner manages a souvenir shop. You can buy plenty of local goods here.
There is a bus stop 青柳車庫前(Aoyagi shakomae) in front of the restaurant and the bus has a ten minute stop here. You can get on and off a bus easily and buy a souvenir, it is very convenient.
What’s more, you can get Kurobe dam souvenir card here.
Kurobe Dam is located near Furusato Bussan Center. It takes about 5 minutes on foot. This dam is for generating electricity and is the oldest electricity generating dam in Japan. You can only get the dam card here.

How to travel between Kinugawa onsen and Tokyo (Japan-guide.com)
The best way to get here is by taking your own vehicle. If coming via public transportation take the Tobu Nikko Line to Kinugawa Onsen Station (鬼怒川温泉駅). From there take the bus in the direction of Meotobuchi (女夫渕) and get off at Aoyagi-syakomae(青柳車庫前). The bus fare is ¥880 and takes about 50 mitutes. There are only 4 buses a day with two in the morning and two in the afternoon. The bus timetable can be found in the link below.
